The space

Our hostel is on the second floor of a building with a great rooftop, where you can relax and enjoy the views. We have 10 beds and a private room on the rooftop, which can accommodate up to 10 guests. We have 2 bathrooms and 2 shower rooms, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with enough and diverse seasonings to prepare your meals.

Our home is situated in a super gentrified area, which means that you will be surrounded by trendy cafes, restaurants, and boutiques. With this location and price, it's an unbeatable deal!

We prioritize the cleanliness and tranquility of our hostel, and encourage our guests to be considerate of others during their stay. We provide locker boxes to store your valuable belongings. Lights are turned off at 10 pm to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for everyone. If you want to chat or socialize, the rooftop is the perfect spot.

Please note that our guest house is a classic Brooklyn walk-up, meaning there is no elevator available. Kindly keep this in mind when making your reservation. Additionally, as a hostel house, it is important to understand that you will be sharing common spaces with other guests. If you prefer a more private accommodation experience, we recommend considering alternative options.
Welcome to our guest house! To ensure that all guests have an enjoyable and comfortable stay, we kindly ask you to abide by the following rules:

1. Check-in time is between 3 pm and 12 am. We offer self-check-in, and our staff will be happy to assist you if needed.

2. We provide a luggage early drop-off service and late pick-up service for a fee of $10 per person. Please inform us in advance if you require this service.

3. Please be respectful of other guests and keep noise levels to a minimum. If you need to talk, please go to the rooftop.

4. Please wash your dishes after using the kitchen. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our shared spaces clean and tidy for all guests.

5. Smoking is not allowed inside the guest house. However, you are welcome to smoke on the rooftop.

6. If you need to store your valuable items, we offer locker boxes. Please speak with our staff for assistance.

7. Please wear slippers when entering the house. We will provide slippers for you

8. NO OUTSIDERS. For security reasons, we do not allow outsiders in the guest house. If you wish to bring additional guests, please inform us at the time of booking.

We have CCTV cameras covering common areas for your safety and security. Please behave responsibly and respect the privacy of other guests.
